Hi,

I can see the Organizations and Contacts (CRM funtions of the software) with some reports in TeamWox Business Management System, but where can I find marketing processes and analytics? I`d like to analyze different client groups: by region, money transfers, managers, services and products, status of contact, clients age and so on.

Unfortunately, there are no such Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports in the Online Team Collaboration Software at the moment. But our plans are to extend the features of the current functional and develop new ones. Now, you can see next business reports in TeamWox Groupware.
