Templates force for customer support

The technical support of our company receives a lot of emails and many of them contain nearly the same questions. Is there a possibility to add any templates in the email client of the TeamWox collaboration software for replying the messages?

Any email in the eMail Client can be saved as a template. You can press "New email" button and create a template you want to save. Then you should press the button, located to the right of the subject field. In the appeared menu choose the "Save as template" entry:

The template will be saved in the groupware system at once. The when you write the messages/replies you can simply press the same button and choose the "Templates list" entry. In the window that shall appear you can choose one of your templates:


If you press on the name of the template, you will see its details. To choose one, you should press the "select" button against it.
