New Version of TeamWox Server Build 406

What's new:

2. Server: Increased stability of storage operation after TeamWox Groupware Server failure.
3. Server: Extended support of IP phone clients. Implemented possibility of a personal setup of IP phone system prefix (e.g. callto:// or sip:810) on the user's profile page.
4. Server: Improved convenience of setting up personal security parameters of TeamWox Groupware users - new "Security" section on the user's profile page.
5. Server: Fixed errors in users' components: when uploading files into the visual editor, when displaying employees' photographs, in the operation of the Calendar component, user selection component (added keyboard support), when displaying commands in the list of comments in MS Internet Explorer 6.
6. Server: Fixed error in the "Links" widget when adding links to internal TeamWox Groupware pages, relative links (e.g. /tasks/index).
7. Server: Added displaying of data size for each module on the Administration -> Modules page.
8. Task Manager, Message Board (Forum): Increased operation speed of modules due to using the new data cashing component.

11. Task Manager: Improved convenience of working with comments. When viewing tasks, into which new comments have been added, new unread comments are highlighted (analogous to the "Board" module).
    
12. Task Manager: Added the updating of contents of the "Tasks" and "Favorite Tasks" widgets when a task is added using the "New task" command.
    
13. Task Manager: Implemented quicker server stop when the search re-indexing process is on.
14. Message Board (Forum): Implemented quicker server stop when the search re-indexing process is on.
    
15. Organizations: Improved convenience of viewing operations connected with a client. Added the "Invoices" tab on the organization viewing page.
16. Organizations: Added interface for the integration with IP phone systems.
17. Organizations: Fixed errors that appeared when importing the organizations.
    
18. Team: On the employee's details page added a command for the quick task assignment to the employee and the command of quick calling to chat.
19. Team: Fixed the error that resulted in failure to remember calls in the "Calls" widget when searching an employee (staff).
    
20. Team: Fixed errors that appeared when saving and entering dates of worktime intervals in case of working in different time zones. The errors resulted in the incorrect displaying of dates and periods when indicating vacations, sick leave, etc.
21. Team: Improved system of worktime control - now requests on the open browser window change are not included. Only active work in theOnline Team Collaboration Software (viewing module pages, adding tasks, documents, requests, emails, comments etc.) is taken into account.
    
22. Search Engine: Increased stability of search engine operation after TeamWox Groupware server failure. Added control of the integrity of index files. In case the index files are damaged, the automatic re-indexation is started.
23. Search Engine: Improved the quality of the morphology-subject search.
    
24. Chat: Added possibility of setting up the chat flash component appearance with the account of the website style.
    
25. Chat: Increased stability of the Chat (Online Assistant) module operation after TeamWox Groupware server failure - added saving of the active discussion into the data base every 5 minutes.
26. Chat: Improved support of displaying of the right-to-left written texts.
27. Accounting: Added sorting by documents in operation viewing mode. Now operation date is taken into account if numbers are identical.
28. Accounting: Fixed error that appeared when editing accounts in MS Internet Explorer.
29. Accounting: Fixed error in the calculation algorithm for entries with specified periodicity.

The live update Build 406 will be available through the LiveUpdate TeamWox Business Management Software.
