New Version of TeamWox Server Build 427

What's new:

1. Added the new features of Service Desk (HelpDesk, Bugtracking). This module is designed for working with applications, complaints, errors, incidents from your clients (customer support) or company members and for dealing with issues of such applications. Service Desk (HelpDesk) includes a component for setting up integration with your company website. Now the new channel for contacting your company employees (staff) is available for your clients. A client can track the status of requests and actions taken to solve the problems. This will help you increase the loyalty of your clients in case any problems appear.
   
   
2. Server: Added possibility to set up sounds of events in TeamWox Groupware. Each user can set his/her own sounds for all events, or common settings can be made for the server - such settings will be used as default for all users. A user can disabled selected sounds on his/her Profile page.

   
   

   
   
3. Server: In the Administration module, added the option of receiving pre-releases of TeamWox Collaboration Software updates. Now you can learn about new experimental possibilities of the system and track the fixing of errors stated in your messages. We don't recommend enabling this option on a working server.
   
   
4. Server: Added possibility to import of users from Active Directory (AD) into the business management software from a computer not included into Active Directory.
   
   
5. Server: On the Profile page, added "My Groups" tab where a user can see the groups he/she is included in. This information can be useful when solving questions of group security policy.
   
   
6. Server: On the Profile page, added "Identification Details" tab. On this page, an administrator or user can fill out the following information: passport number, Driving license details, SSN, tax ID, family status, education, etc.
   
   
7. Server: In visual editor, added a simplified media player for inserting podcast or sounds into a text.

   

   
   
   

8. Server: Fixed error in the selection of a default language after the installation of TeamWox Collaboration Software on a computer with the language of MS Windows operating system that is unavailable in the Online Groupware. In such a case the English language is selected as default.
   
   
9. Task Manager: Added possibility to indicate the list of users responsible for the task fulfillment. Responsible employees can change the assigned list, while other employees (staff) can only add comments. If responsible employees are not selected, the operation of tasks is not changed.
   

   

   
   
10. Documents: Improved convenience of the navigation through the structure of catalogs. Added a command for the displaying of the structure of folders and quick moving to the selected directory in the business management software.

    
    

    
    
    
11. Organizations: Increased speed of working with the documents of an organization. Now a new document can be added to an organization from the page header menu. A document is added into the folder where previous documents connected with the organization were saved. If no documents have been added yet, a user is offered to select a folder to save the organization documents to.

    
    

    
    
    
12. Organizations, Contacts: Increased convenience of email writing to organizations or contacts (CRM, Customer Relationship Management). Added the "New email" command on the eMail Client tab in the organizations or contacts profiles.
    
    
13. Message Board (Forum): Changed the security policy of the Message Board (Forum) categories: read/edit and administration permissions are delimited. Earlier a category administrator could read messages of this category. From the new build on, the administration right allows modifying category permissions only. The additional Viewing permission should be given to such a user so that he/she could read messages of the category. This is introduced with the purpose of increasing the permission setup flexibility in the operation of the Corporate Forum.
    
    
14. Team: Added possibility to indicate several phone numbers in a user's contact details. If phone numbers are separated by commas, they are shown separately with the calling menu against each number.

    
    
    
    

15. Team: Added keyboard support (+ and - keys) for zooming in/out when viewing the organization hierarchy in business management software.
    
    
16. Chat: Added option for setting up the flash component interface (header) on a website.
    
    
17. Chat: Added cestomer support of the Spanish language on the website flash component.
    
    
18. Chat: Fixed error of focus loss from the window of text entering (in Task Manager, comments, organization editing fields, etc.) when a message comes in the minimized chat window.
    
    
19. MetaTrader 4: Fixed error of synchronization of the client base with the Organizations in TeamWox business management system if they contain identical names.
    
    
20. Accounting: Added the new column - "Payment terms".
    
    
21. Accounting: Added VAT support in invoices.
