Hi….

I have 3 questions:

Can I integrate TeamWox Groupware System in the call center spftware that I have (AVAYA or Nortel)?

How business reports can I use in TeamWox Groupware for this task?

Also:

Can I integrate TeamWox Groupware with my website?

1. TeamWox Collaboration Software have integration with Astersik telephony program:

     Unfortunately there is no integration with AVAYA or Nortel at the moment, but there is a possibility that this feature will be added in future.

2. We provide a bunch of business reports in the form of diagrams:

    So you can control the communication activities of workforce (staff), employees productivity, teamworks efficiency etc.

3. Yes, TeamWox Collaboration Software can be easily integrated with a website:

  • There is a public component for the Chat Online module. One can just insert an html page and a flash file to the site and have a feature of requesting online assistance from websites. All request will be directed to TeamWox Live Chat. So it's a great improvement your customer support.

  • Also the public component for the "Service Desk (HelpDesk)" module is under testing at the moment and soon will be released. It will allow customers to send different kinds of requests of incidents to your company and receive answers and clients feedback from responsible members of your staff.
