Greetings, I guess we had a network failure while downloading some emails.. and as a result some of the emails are displaying error 500 An error occurred while processing request. Error code: 500 Can you please suggest a way to fix this? Thanks! |

Could you please send: 1. The screenshot of this error 2. The logs of TeamWox server for the period the error occured 3. if it is possible, the e-mail itself to investigate what may cause the problem. You can send this information via the "Requests" section in the Administration module directly. |
