Email Client - Error 500

Greetings,

I guess we had a network failure while downloading some emails.. and as a result some of the emails are displaying error 500 in email client of teamwox groupware

An error occurred while processing request. Error code: 500

Can you please suggest a way to fix this?

Could you please send:

1. The screenshot of this error

2. The logs of TeamWox Groupware server for the period the error occured

3. if it is possible, the email itself to investigate what may cause the problem.

You can send this information via the "Requests" section in the Administration module directly.
