Not receiving emails in TeamWox email client

I am able to send emails OK but can not receive anything in my email client.

I have tried setting up the incoming POP3 with and without the server port number but it makes no difference.

My connecton does not require SSL.

 

Any Ideas ?

Hello,

Can you please indicate which email service do you use? Is it a public one (e.g. gmail, yahoo, etc.)?
If you use your own mail server, please provide a test mailbox for us to investigate the problem.
