Import of Products

In order to start importing products you should press the "Import" button, located at the upper part of the "Products" tab.

You should specify the following parameters in the import window:

• Data source — in this field you should specify the format of a file that you're going to import. Only the *.CSV files are supported at the moment.
• File — in this field you should choose a file to be imported by pressing the "Browse" button.
• Encoding — the selection of encoding of the imported file.
• Line — the number of a line the products' data start with in the imported file.
• Separator — separator that divides different data by products in the file (comma, dot or tabulation character). If the "Auto" variant is chosen, the identification is performed automatically.
• Date format — the selection of date format in the imported file. If the "Auto" variant is chosen, the identification is performed automatically.
• Filter field — this field is intended for automatic creation of filters by imported products. In it you can choose one product field the data form the file will be imported by. Each unique value in the column which is associated with the specified field will be used for creation of a filter with the following rule: Field="specified filter field", Condition="equal to", Value="value from the imported column".

Once you've specified the parameters you should press the "Preview" button. The information from the imported file will be displayed below as soon as you do it. If data is recognized incorrectly you should change the parameters and press the "Preview" button again.

Besides checking the correctness of data you should also associate the columns from the imported file with the fields of products in the "TeamWox" system. The selection of fields is performed above each column that was read from the file. Not associated columns (where "Not selected" is chosen) won't be imported.

Once you've finished checking and matching columns you should press the "Done" button.
