Birthdays

This tab displays information about birthdays of employees of your company. It can be represented either as a list of nearest birthdays or in the form of a diagram.

Nearest

The list of nearest birthdays is opened by default. If you are viewing the circle diagram you can return to the list by pressing the corresponding button located in the upper part of the tab.

There are three gradations by the time left till birthdays: "Today", "Within week", "Within month". Short information about employees is displayed in the list. Also you can pass to the viewing of an employee by pressing on his/her name in the list.

Diagram of Birthdays

You can go to viewing of the diagram by pressing the corresponding button in the upper part of the tab.

The current date is displayed in the center. The seven and thirty days' zones of birthdays approach are represented further. The employees that are in that zone are marked with the red color. If you put the cursor of your mouse over an employee his/her name should become distinguished, the photo and the birthday should appear as well. Also the employees whose birthdays are at the same month should become distinguished too. If there are less than 7 days left till an employee's birthday, the exact number of days will be additionally displayed.

The diagram can be moved using the mouse (Drag'n'Drop). It also can be rescaled by using the scrolling wheel of the mouse.
