"Last Requests" Widget

The "Last requests" widget is the part of the "Service Desk" module.

Setting it in the "Home" tab a user can easily track changes in existing requests, as well as the appearance of new ones. Requests are sorted only by their modification date independently of the group they belong to. The procedure of widget setting is described in the corresponding section.

A click on the request title will open its viewing window.
