Clients information in TeamWox customer relationship management (CRM)

I was wondering if it is possible to have customers log into our site and update their own information directly...and also, can we have a message board (forum) installed just like you have on your own server?.. just like this one?

1. This is the website forum, we do not distribute it. You can use a freeware engine or develop your own for that pupose. 

2. What do you mean by "update their informaion"? What kind of information do you mean? Concerning TeamWox Collaboration Software: we have two modules that can be integrated with a website - the Live chat (Online Assistant) and Service Desk (HelpDesk). The documentation for the latter one will be soon published. Using that integaration you will be able to give your website visitors the possibility of communication with the users of TeamWox using "requests". You can read more details about Service Desk and Online Customer Support Live Chat.
