New Version of TeamWox Server Build 655

What's new:

1. Server: To make the setup of a company's structure more convenient, the Department column added in the list of users, and the Manager field added in the list of groups. This information will make the setup of company's hierarchy complete - it will show users with no department selected, as well as departments, for which no manager is specified.
   

   
   
   

2. Documents: Upon our clients requests, additional fields have been introduced to expand functions of the Documents management:
   
   • Direction: In, Out, Inner, etc.;
   • Type: Contract, Memo, etc.;
   • Number;
   • Commence date of a document, e.g. of a contract;
   • Completion date of a document.
   The Direction and Type field are extendable; users can form a custom list of values. Number is a text field, its format is user-defined.

3. eMail Client: Improved creation of templates of email signatures: added macros with the user prefix that allow adding information from personal and contact details of the current user:
   
   • #user.name# - user's name, #user.surname# - user's surname, #user.patronymic# - patronymic name; 
   • #user.location# - location of a user;
   • #user.email# - user's e-mail; 
   • #user.phone_work# - office telephone number, #user.phone_fax# - fax, #user.phone_mobile# - mobile phone number;
   • #user.messenger_icq# - ICQ number, #user.messenger_msn# - MSN, #user.messenger_skype# - Skype, #user.messenger_yahoo# - Yahoo.
     

   
   
   

4. Team: Fixed an error in the sorting of the list of users, whose birthdays are coming soon.
   
   
5. Service Desk (Helpdesk): To make working with TeamWox Groupware more efficiency, a privacy option is automatically assigned when replying to a private comment.
   
   
6. Service Desk (Helpdesk): For a better efficiency, added tooltips containing information on an employee who participates in a discussion of a problem.
   
   
7. Accounting: To improve control over changes made by users in payments and invoices, extended the format and amount of information in the Accounting logs.
   
   
8. Server and modules: Fixed defects in the user interface representation.
