New Version of TeamWox Server Build 1297

What's new:

  1. Server: For the purpose of convenience, added the command "Download all" for downloading all files attached to a task, request, email or file in one archive of the collaboration software.

    The new command allows quick saving of multiple attached files on a hard drive.

  2. Server: Increased speed of the system module "Import / Export" when exporting large amounts of data to a CSV file.

  3. Server: In order to prevent incorrect operation in case hard disk space is not enough (less than 50 MB), the TeamWox Groupware server runs in a limited mode without loading the modules.

    On page "Administration->Overview", an appropriate warning will be shown to the system administrator with a recommendation to free up disk space.

    In case there is not enough space on the hard drive, a recommendation to contact the system administrator will be shown on the home page for all users of the TeamWox groupware system.

  4. Documents: In the document history, added new comments about change of the document description and new responsible employee (personnel, staff).

  5. Team: To improve control over employees work, changed the rules of the automatic counting of work time that is displayed on the pages "Team->Worktime" and in "Worktime" on the employees details page.

    Now only the intervals of time, in which a user is working in the TeamWox collaboration system, is taken into account when calculating the worktime. Previously only the time of the first and last log in TeamWox groupware system were taken into account.

    The new rules allow a more accurate calculation of time, during which employees work with the TeamWox groupware system, exchange information with colleagues, prepare documents, process requests, etc.

    In order to take into account the time that an employee spends at work performing various tasks not related to work in the TeamWox groupware system, the intervals of time are rounded off to 15 - 60 minutes depending on the time of day.

    The worktime for previous months can be recalculated using the "Recalculate" command.

  6. eBank: Fixed errors in the plugin for integration with the Rietumu bank.

  7. TeamWox Communicator: In the context menu of the "Contacts" tab added new commands

    • the "Profile" command for opening a page with a user's info in the TeamWox collaboration software
    • the "Task" command for creating a new task assigned for the selected employee.

    The new commands allow to quickly move to the desired section of TeamWox Groupware or assign a task.

  8. Translations: Updated user interface in Italian, Latvian and Farsi.

  9. Fixed errors reported on official forum, via Service Desk (bugtracking system) and in crash logs.
The live update Build 1297 will be available through the LiveUpdate TeamWox business management system.
