Outbound Rules

Setting Up Rules

  • Rules are checked from top downwards. If a dialed number corresponds to the conditions of the top rule, it is handled under this rule, otherwise conditions of the second rule are checked, and so on.
  • When checking the outbound rules, the number of lines that can be simultaneously used with this provider is taken into account. If the number of incoming and outgoing calls exceeds the value specified in the provider settings, the outbound routing rule for this provider will be skipped. Thus, the call can be made through another provider.

The following parameters are set up for each rule:

  • When checking the outbound rules, the number of lines that can be simultaneously used with this provider is taken into account. If the number of incoming and outgoing calls exceeds the value specified in the provider settings, the outbound routing rule for this provider will be skipped. Thus, the call can be made through another provider.
  • For each provider, one outbound rule is created automatically create. It is configured in such a way as to direct all calls (from all users, of any length, beginning with any character) through this provider.

This rule cannot be removed. This is done to ensure that all calls are processed by the system. To implement your own call processing logic, place this rule on the lowest position.
