"Chat" module

The "Chat" module helps to establish the online consulting of your clients. The communication is organized by connecting this module to a website located in the Internet. A special page that initializes the module should be placed on the website.

The "Chat" module allows communicating with colleagues within your company using personal dialogs.

The module appears as shown in the screenshot below:

First of all, you should add at least one service group using the "New group" button. Every group created has 3 filters in it.

The main part of the window contains the list of dialogs.

A search line for fast finding a desired dialog is present here, as well.

The additional settings of the "Chat" module are in the "Administration" module, the description of them is given in the "Chat" Module Settings section.
