Calls from TeamWox

TeamWox allows making calls directly from the places where phone numbers are specified. This feature is available when viewing an organization, a contact, when viewing employee's details or the list of employees, and when viewing the tooltips to organization and contact links will be performed via softphone.

Calls are made either via a softphone or via Skype. Consequently, these programs should be installed on your PC for making this function available.

If a softphone is installed on your computer, the Call via SIP icon will appear to the left of the phone number. Click the icon to make a call via the installed softphone.

If the Skype client is installed on your computer, the Call via Skype icon will appear to the left of the phone number. Click the icon to make a call via the installed Skype client.

If both software types are installed, you can choose a program to make a call. To do this you should click the Call icon. The menu to choose from appears once you have done this:

In order to make a call you should choose one of the menu items.

If you do not need the possibility of calling via the softphone, you can uncheck the "Enable calls via SIP" option in the profile settings. If this option is enabled then the calls from the tooltips to organization and contact links will be performed via softphone.
