Journal

The Journal tab features all changes in project stages and properties done by managers or supervisors.

System comments about updated project properties are added to the journal immediately after confirmation. If stages are changed, an entry is added to the Journal if one of the following conditions is met:

• 15 minutes have passed since the first change in the stage.
• The number of stage updates has reached 100.
• Server restart.

To provide easier view, system comments are combined into one entry, where the first line indicates the date and time of the entry and the author of the change. If an entry refers to project stages, then additionally the number of modified steps is specified. The details of changes are available in the comment contents.
