Contact Details

This tab contains more detailed information about the user. In distinct from the "Personal details" tab, you can edit every field contained in the "Contact details" tab. This tab contains a number of information blocks: Address, Address (Registration), Phones, Messengers.

Contact details

Address

Here you can specify the actual address of the user:

  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Zip code
  • Address (street, house/building number, apartment number)

Using the "Copy from registered address" button, you can copy contact details from the registered address, if there are any.

Registered address

In this box you can specify the registered address specified in identification documents:

  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Zip code
  • Address (street, house/building number, apartment number)

You can copy contact details from the actual address, if there are any, using the "Copy from address" button.

Phones

Here you can specify the contact phone numbers:

  • Home
  • Mobile
  • Work
  • Fax
  • Softphone (SIP)
  • Other

If any IP-softphone is used in your company, you can enter the phone number in such a manner that will enable you to make calls directly from the "Team". Its format should be the following: sip:phone number (for example, sip:88431234567 (without spaces)). The more detailed description of the softphone settings is provided in the corresponding section.

Messengers

You can specify the electronic contacts here (number/login of messengers, e-mail address, etc.)
