Income/Expenditure

This report contains diagrams by incomes and expenditures of a selected company in a selected book. The report is divided into three parts.

Income/Expenditure

This part contains a summary diagram by incomes and expenditures of a selected company by years. It is necessary to set the following parameters above the report:

• Book — in the first field to the left one should select a book the report should be created by;
• Our organization — in this field one should select an organization the report will be created by. In other words, the report will include only the orders and payments the organization participates in;
• Period — in this field one can choose a time period of the report.

The green bars represent the amount of income and the red ones represent the amount of expenditure. If you point the mouse cursor one a bar a corresponding pop-up help containing the amount and date will appear.

Income for Last 5 Years by Months

This diagram displays the amount of income of a selected company for the last five years. The amounts of incomes are displayed by each month of a year.

Expenditure for Last 5 Years by Months

This diagram displays the amount of expenditure of a selected company for the last five years. The amounts of expenses are displayed by each month of a year.
