Books
This report displays a statistics by all books created in the "Accounting" module:
Before viewing the report in the "Our organization" field one should specify an organization the statistics should be shown by. |
The report contains the following information:
- Name — name of a book. If you press on the name of a book, you will go to viewing the "Income/Expenditure" report by it;
- Income — amount of money the selected company in the book has received as payments and products (services);
- Expenditure — amount of money the selected company in the selected book has paid in payments and provided as products (services) in orders;
- Balance — difference between income and expenditure;
- Currency — currency the accounting in the book is performed by.
Using the "Print" button located in the upper part of the tab, one can prepare the report for printing. Once it is pressed, the report will be opened in a new tab in a special form, then you can print it using the standard function of the browser.
