There are three widgets in the "Service Desk" module. Setting a widget in the "Home" tab a user can easily track changes in existing requests, as well as the appearance of new ones. A click on the request title in a widget will open its viewing window. The procedure of widget setting is described in the corresponding section.
This widget displays all requests available to the user (both assigned directly to the user or available when the user has the "Full view" permission for a service group). Requests are sorted only by their modification date independently of the group they belong to.
This widget displays all requests directly assigned to the user or to a group the user belongs to.
This widget displays all requests the user (or a group the user belongs to) is responsible for.
