TeamWox Help Calls


In this section, users can view the history of calls made via TeamWox Communicator.


The following data on calls is displayed here:

Call type — displayed by the following icons:

Call ended — call ended successfully.

Busy — called user was busy.

Offline — called user was offline.

Call rejected — user rejected the call.

Timeout — call ended due to timeout.

Call ID — call identifier that can be provided to Telephony module administrator in case of any technical issues.

Time and call duration — call's date, time and duration.

Participants — call initiator and called parties.
